We want you to be satisfied with your order. Our policy varies depending on the type of product you purchased:
1. Standard Products (Non-Custom)
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all standard products (items without customization).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
2. Custom Teamwear & Personalized Items
Because these items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
However, we take full responsibility for our errors. We will provide a free replacement (reshipment) or refund if the issue is caused by us, such as:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., product stains, fabric damage).
- Printing errors (e.g., wrong name/number spelling, incorrect design).
In these cases, Tteamwear covers all shipping costs associated with the return or reshipment.

x🎨 How to Customize Your Jersey
We make it easy to create your own custom teamwear. Follow the steps below:
- Select Decoration: Choose your preferred method: Print (Sublimation is default), Embroidery, or Blank Jersey.
- Choose Style: Select whether you need the "Top Only" or the "Full Set".
- Team Details: Upload your design files or manually enter your team information.
- Player Information: Under the "Player Information" section, select the total quantity of sets, then fill in the specific size, number, and name for each player.
- Additional Notes: Have specific requests? Use the "Additional Notes" section to tell us if you need customization in non-standard locations or have other requirements.
- Add to Cart: Once all details are filled in, add to cart. The system will automatically calculate the customization fees and apply any volume discounts.
📝 Bulk Roster Upload (For Teams & Groups)
If you're ordering for a team, you can upload a roster file with all player names and numbers. We accept Excel (.xls/.xlsx) or CSV format.
Example format:
- Player Name – Number – Size
- John Smith – 23 – L
- Mike Brown – 9 – M
You can upload it on the product page, or email it to support@tteamwear.com after ordering.
Please attach your order information in the email.
