Standard production time for sublimation orders is 7-12 days. Standard production times for embroidery orders range from 12-20 days. It's depending on complexity and quantity. Returns

All defective products should be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be evaluated even after the 7-day deadline has passed by a representative. Please be aware that normal wear and tears are not considered to be a defect.
