Bulk order discounts are available on all products listed on this website. Please let us know if you are interested in a color that is not listed, we can then discuss it further. Custom designs can also be created from images.

Our standard production time ranges from 3–20 business days:

• Sublimation Orders: 7–9 business days
• Embroidery Orders: 9–20 business days

We also offer Rush Production (3–7 business days) for sublimation orders.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing error, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
