Because our jerseys are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or production error.

Please make sure all information (names, numbers, sizes) is correct before submitting your order.

If there’s a problem with your item upon arrival (e.g. wrong size, wrong name, or a quality issue), contact us within 7 days of delivery.

🎨 How to Customize Your Jersey

We make it easy to create your own custom teamwear. Follow the steps below:

1. Choose Your Style: Pick your sport (e.g. football, basketball, baseball) and preferred jersey design.
2. Select Custom Options: Add your team name, player names, numbers, and logos. Customization is free for sublimation printing.
3. Upload Files: Upload your logo or design file (PDF/AI/PNG recommended). If you're ordering for a team, you can also upload a player roster spreadsheet.
4. Confirm Details: Double-check spelling, sizes, and design instructions. We’ll produce exactly what you submit.
5. Design Support: Our team offers free mockup & design support before production. You’ll receive a visual proof for confirmation.

📝 Bulk Roster Upload (For Teams & Groups)

If you're ordering for a team, you can upload a roster file with all player names and numbers. We accept Excel (.xls/.xlsx) or CSV format.

Example format:

• Player Name – Number – Size
• John Smith – 23 – L
• Mike Brown – 9 – M

You can upload it on the product page, or email it to support@tteamwear.com after ordering.
